We had a standard caravan and were expecting it to be cramped. However, it was surprisingly spacious. The bedrooms were a reasonable size with plenty of cupboard space and the living area was comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was big for a caravan and very well stocked. We have stayed in many cottages and paid 3 times the price for accommodation which was nowhere near as good. Also, Northumberland is a magical place!

The overall holiday was extremely good value for money. The accommodation for the price we paid was better than expected, we could not fault the holiday at all.

This is a peaceful well maintained park with friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding area is full of places to visit and things to do.

This park is the perfect location for a quiet, beautiful base from which to explore Northumbria. Lovely play park for the children right by our caravan and we wouldn't have known we had neighbours it was so peaceful.

I would recommend this campsite to others for whom I felt would like it. It is located nicely, close to lots of tourist attractions as well as within walking vicinity of Wooler town itself. Some staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The caravans and park were very clean, lovely and peaceful grounds and the club house was modern, clean and did lovely meals. All of the staff were polite and helpful and we will return again to this park.

A brilliant base for touring, loads of great days out within a short travelling distance which is a boon with children. Excellent park facilities, great for a relaxing break but plenty to do if you want a more lively holiday.

An ideal spot for families in a lovely, well run site set in lovely woodland surroundings. It was refreshing just to be able to enjoy the great outdoors with my kids who had a great time in the stream and at the park. There is no pressure at this park to purchase overpriced cheap merchandise for children, and the bar prices were reasonable also. The pool was clean and the swimming sessions well timed and organised. All in all we had a great 5 days and will definitely be going back!

The park was thoroughly clean and well maintained and the staff in reception and in the shop were very friendly and helpful. The caravan was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and very well equipped.

This was a beautiful park with a great bar and pool, also there are shops within walking distance and a good kids playground on and off site. The caravan was so clean and had everything you could need for catering. The kids loved the disco and the setting was lovely - we would definitely return!

The Riverside site at Wooler is set in a delightful country park. It offers something for everyone, old and young. Located close to the beuatiful Northumbria coast, and witin a stone's throw from the tranquil village of Wooler, I would the site recommend to anyone wanting a quiet yet enjoyable holiday.
